We send orders all over the world (except for the Poland, Finland, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Australia, New Zealand, Somalia, Libya, Afghanistan, Iraq and Ukraine) by the Russian Post postal service.

For three years of work, we have not had a single case parcels loss through the fault of the Russian Post.


Delivery problems

Responsibility for the safety of goods on the way to the border of the Russian Federation is take by the Russian Post, when cargo cross the border responsibility for the safety of goods is take by a foreign postal service. Chemcraft Ltd is not responsible for operations of foreign postal and transport services after the cargo crosses the Russian Federation border.

You need to check the cargo to make sure that there are no any opening of package and clanging of broken glassware, need to check intact of package and full completeness. In all cases of broken cargo or theft of items, you need to make an act or a report in the presence of representative of the transport company to make a claim to them. If there is a shortage due to the fault of our warehouse, you need to send photo and description of the incomplete along with your data to our manager.

Due to illegal US and EU sanctions, we no longer accept credit card payments from European and American buyers. Such clients can make payments in cryptocurrency. We accept Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) payments. If you want to pay for the order, please contact our sales department via email and we will provide you with wallets for payment.

Our webstore operates in strict accordance with the Law "On the  Protection of Consumer Rights".

According to Art. 25 of the Russian Federation Low of 07.02.1992 N 2300-1 (as amended on 03/18/2019) "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", you can return or exchange goods of appropriate quality, purchased in a retail store within 14 days not counting the day of purchase, and you can return any goods purchased in the online store within seven days after receiving the goods without indicating the reason of the return.

Returning of goods of appropriate quality is possible if its appearance, customer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase goods are preserved. The customer’s absence of a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the goods does not deprive him of the opportunity to refer to other evidence of the purchase of goods from this seller. The customer has not right to refuse the goods of good quality, having individually defined properties, if the specified goods can be used exclusively by the customer purchasing it (note: if the goods are made to order). If the customer refuses goods, the seller must return to him the amount paid by the customer under the contract, with the exception of the seller’s expenses for delivery of the returned goods from the customer, no later than ten days from the day the customer submits this demand.



In case it seems to you that your order is being processed / packaged / shipped too slowly, you can submit an application for a prepayment refund. Prepayment is refunded within 3 business days by wire transfer to your bank account. For successful payment, you need to write the full bank details: bank name, SWIFT code, correspondent account and your personal account number. An application form can be requested from our manager. You will need to send a scan or photo of this application to us. Refunds are made only to the sender! Refunds to other persons are possible only under existing legislation and are documented (certificate of inheritance, certified power of attorney, etc.)
